What Makes Arc Unique

Multidisciplinary Labs

Multidisciplinary Labs

Arc is home to more than 300 scientists with expertise across many fields of biology, engineering, and computation. We support curiosity-driven research through our Investigator programs, as well as collaborative organization-wide R&D through our two Institute Initiatives focused on virtual cells and Alzheimer’s disease.

AI for Biomedicine

AI for Biomedicine

Arc is developing AI models and experimental training data to understand and predict biological systems across multiple scales, with the goal of advancing our understanding of complex diseases. Our team of scientists and engineers have built first-class infrastructure that enables state of the art research.

University Partnerships

University Partnerships

Expand your network and develop career-long relationships through our unique partnerships with Stanford, UCSF, and UC Berkeley. Arc’s Core Investigators can have dual appointments at Arc and a university faculty position, enabling deep collaboration with students and colleagues at our partner institutions.
