Welcome! Here's how you can test out State for free and have the option to move forward using State in your business.

Once you sign up, we'll email to confirm you can use State for a 90-day trial period for internal testing and, also, if you are interested, in our Virtual Cell Challenge. We look forward to hearing about your experience and will seek some feedback. No research, development, or sales or services using State are allowed during this period.

30 days before your 90-day trial period expires, we will remind you to opt in in order to obtain commercial rights to use State. We'll collect payment information and feedback at this point. You are welcome to opt in earlier than 90 days; please reach out to us at [email protected] to do so.

Once you've opted in and we've confirmed, you'll have a license for the next nine months that permits you to use State for internal R&D purposes, including pre-clinical and clinical drug development. The license will then renew for one more year unless you opt out of the renewal. You can see the terms of the license for both the trial period and the commercial period, including fees for the commercial period, here.

If you want to sell access to State to customers, or provide services to customers using State, please contact [email protected] for additional terms.

If you do not opt in, your right to use State expires automatically at the end of the trial period. At that point we'll collect some feedback and confirm that you have removed State from your internal systems.

• Permission to use State 1.0 - the current GitHub/HuggingFace version
• No other Arc software or future models are included
• We are unable to provide support for State 1.0. The model is provided "as is."
